"The rooms were nice and the hotel was better than I expected. However, the posted policy in the room says that rooms will receive housekeeping service every other day. By the time that day came, my sheets needed to be washed, so I stripped the bed and put them by the door. Housekeeping did not bring in new linens nor make the bed. They only emptied the trash cans. To me that is very subpar housekeeping service. I regret tipping the housekeeper using their electronic method before seeing that they did not actually do their job. I wish there was some way to get my tip back. I had the room from Tuesday to Saturday and my linens were not changed once, despite my stripping the bed."

"Clean room. The check-in staff found an issue with my reservation. Actually, they found out I reserved it 3 times. They canceled two and reversed charges. "

"The room was clean, but dated. The check in was good staff was good. But the noise was unbelievable. Music was played at an indescribable high volume. People were yelling and screaming outside, car doors were being slammed every few minutes. "

"Called 2 hrs past cancellation cut off due to car troubles. Even with Expedia calling they refused to credit me. After a 12 hr drive we made it to the hotel. Every inch of this place was disgusting. From the building, lobby, grounds and room. The front desk person was unsympathetic and again refused to give me my money back. Again Expedia called to solve the issue without success. DONOT STAY here. Disgusting on all levels"
