Lochside B - Corporate Friendly Accommodation

Lochside Apartment B is a two bedroom first floor apartment on the High Street in Montrose, set up for contractor teams, workforce stays and colleagues travelling together. Sleeping up to four guests, it offers a comfortable, practical base for longer visits, with self check in for late arrivals and Montrose Docks a short 5 to 10 minute walk away.

There are two double bedrooms, each with storage and blackout blinds, and a bathroom with a bath and shower over. Recently refurbished, the apartment blends modern comfort with period character, with high ceilings and large windows bringing in plenty of natural light. The open plan living area has an LG 43 inch Smart TV and board games.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, and the dining table seats four. There is no dishwasher. A washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board are provided, though there is no tumble dryer. Heating is electric.

There is no private outdoor space. One designated parking space is available 24 hours a day in the Argos car park to the rear, with free on street parking nearby on a first come, first served basis.

Shops, pubs and restaurants sit directly below on the High Street, and the beach is close by. Dundee is around 30 miles away and Edinburgh around 57 miles.

The apartment is reached by communal stairs with no lift, so it isn’t suitable for guests with limited mobility. It sleeps a maximum of four guests and is not pet friendly. Multiple apartments in the building can be booked together for larger teams.
