Very old and outdated. Turned the heat and light on, went to grab a coffee at 6 am and came back 20 min later to find staff came in and turned off heat and light.

Waterside location
Setting is lovely and peaceful. Room is fully functional with a fridge and good shower facility. Bed was a bit hard and pillows were thin and hard, but everything else was very nice. We spent most of our time here at the waterside.

The riverside yard is beautiful, peaceful, restorative. The room was fine, but the yard was wondrous.

The only good thing about this motel is the location. Very over priced for what we ended up with. Rooms are dirty and a disgrace. Carpets had cigarette burns all over them and were a tripping hazard as they had obviously stretched over time and large ripples in them. Shower curtain had mold. Jetted tub was just a giant sink-no real depth to it. Taps on the tub were corroded. Light fixtures were rusted. Room had a very bad smell. Instructions for the tub were faded. Fixtures for the tub were not installed properly. Room was very dark. We were woken up each morning between 7 am and 7:30 am by the load banging of the roofers they had doing repairs. Shower fixtures was broken. Expedia needs to remove this motel as an option for it's customers. I have never encountered a worse room in all the hotels I have ever stayed in. We will never again stay there and I now have to question the options advertised on Expedia.

Merci d'avoir séjourné dans notre établissement. Nous sommes dans l'incompréhension. Avant votre départ vous nous aviez dit d'avoir aimer votre séjour ( 3 jours) et que vous reveniez bientôt. Nous nous excusons encore pour les travaux nécessaire qui ont duré 1 journée soit 9 à 17 h

I should have reviewed the prior reviews. No wonder the Motel has a No Refund policy. It was like staying at a run down place out of the 1950’s. The pictures on the website’s must be over 20 years ago. I would have preferred to sleep in my vehicle.

The location is priceless, check-in and communication were seamless and nice Although I don't speak French. The speed limit on the road outside is a bit steep and people tend to tailgate do be extra cautious

The hotel and staff was disappointing, they did not cleaning from Friday to Saturday, everything was old, curtains has holes because old, sheets carpets furniture and everything seems like 50 years old. The view is beautiful, areas and the place is amazing but, dirty and missing service.

The location on the St. Lawrence river was good. However, the furniture and carpeting in the room was dirty and grubby; not at all the standard for a hotel.

RUN FROM HERE.
The worst I've ever been stuck in. All, and I mean all the area hotels were sold out so I crossed my fingers and booked for 2 nights. After all, the pictures weren't that bad...BUT there were multiple cigarette holes and burns in the carpet. The curtains were so old the material was shredded, barely hanging there, with holes letting light in through long vertical slits where the cloth had split. The air was stale, dank and musty. The bed lenins looked dingy, smelt like they had not been washed and felt damp to the touch so thankfully we had our sleeping bags and pillows in the car for going camping so we brought them in to sleep on. With their no refund policy we were stuck. When another hotel opened up we left without a refund and felt grateful that all we lost was our money for a service that was NOT provided as advertised. Never go by the pictures. ALWAYS read the reviews first.

Motel ..... or a Brothel!
Far from Montreal city, out in deep suburbs. One female staff appeared only tolerant of us because it was her job to be. It appeared they were owner/staff and everything in between. .... Extremely unfriendly, brimming closely on being racist. The room was decorated, fit for a brothel. That appears to be their regular clientele. No washroom privacy, mirrors "everywhere" including the ceiling and all walls of the washtubs .........NO indoor locks on the door...... We slept with the door unlocked so we pushed a chair against it in case we had visitors overnight. Torn window coverings and bed spreads. Artificial plants with a year's accumulation of dust on them. Refrigerator not plugged in or does not work, no microwave, ...when asked to heat something in the office microwave, they asked.. "what do you need a microwave for?" ..Is there a rating less than "1" for 'terrible' this place....fits!
