Otherwise, any drinks or snack are available 24h at the front desk. The menu for the room service is with a QR code next to the sink to reduce our paper waste. Hello Kang,We are so happy to hear that you appreciated our hotel. The Quartier Dix30 closes a little earlier during the weekends and some restaurants are closed on Monday nights since there is less occupation. It really depends in the end of the type of activities you are looking for. If you want to experience a busy and fun night, we recommend stays on friday or saturday!We can't wait to welcome you again very soon.

Hello Ms Hayat, We want to thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback about your recent stay with us. We see it as an opportunity to make some improvements to make sure that every guests feels at home. We are sad to hear that you did not have the experience you expected. At first, we noticed that your reservation was for a Studio with 1 King bed. Upon arrival, your request was to have a room with 2 Queen Beds however, it was not available for that evening. The Studio room can accommodate 2 people only as per fire code regulations. We wanted you and your family of 4 to be comfortable for 3 nights, that is the reason we changed your reservation to our Studio 2 piece with a Queen Bed and a sofa bed. Our different types of room have different rates because of the space and amenities and therefore the time it takes for our housekeeping team to clean and prepare the rooms. It is always a pleasure to welcome pets at the hotel. In fact, we do have a cleaning charge of 30 but it is a fixed charge for the entire stay. We noticed the charge for the lotion and soap. You can use as much product as you want during your stay. It was a miscommunication between departments and we have refunded the price of the bottles. We are very sorry about this mistake. We really hope that we were able to clarify some details of your stay. If you want to discuss more about it, do not hesitate to contact us for any questions. We are sorry about that it was difficult to access the hotel. During the holidays, it is true that it is really busy in the area. As for the room design, we are very sorry that you did not feel comfortable with our bathroom door and shower wall. This design was thought to create a modern open space concept. We are also sorry that you had trouble sleeping because of this design. For your next stay, I would like to suggest our room with 2 queen beds, that has a full bathroom with a door that locks. and has no see through walls.
