The Boucanet district offers calm and tranquility, ideal for a family. The beach is 100m away on foot. At the bottom of the building you will find a bakery, a butcher, a fruit and vegetable store, a hairdresser, an esthetician, a pharmacy, a tobacconist's office, a vival grocery store, a doctor, restaurants, a cinema, a playground for children, and a farmers market on Friday morning. The apartment offers a maximum of 6 beds. ATTENTION => Minimum reservation is 4 nights! You have a large living room with equipped kitchen: a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a TV, an iron and an ironing board, a sofa bed for 2 people and some games for children. The bedroom has 2 double beds (mezzanine) and a storage cupboard in the loggia. The bathroom with shower / WC and storage cupboard. The apartment has a large south-facing terrace, and offers an exceptional view of the sea. Parking in the residence or in front / behind the residence. Nearby, you can go to the Seaquarium and / or go pony and horse riding. Located 8 minutes from downtown on foot, to enjoy beautiful walks on the port. Bed linen and towels not provided. Located on the 4th floor without elevator, we can, on request and free of charge, provide you with a delivery service for your groceries before your arrival (according to a list provided by you 7 days before your arrival) and / or assistance in getting your luggage up / down. .
