« This house is beautiful! Our big family stayed a long weekend and had more than enough space for all of us. Seven adults and seven kids ages 5 months to seven!The space was perfect for us! The lake area was a little confusing as there is no “yard” but there is a nice fire pit at the dock! The dock does not have a ladder making it impossible to get in and out of the water for the adults and kids which was a huge downside, we ended up using the neighbors ladder, which has signs saying not to use....

« Our family had a wonderful time! The home was beautiful, even better than the pictures. The entire home is well thought out and has everything you could need in the kitchen. We loved sitting around the fire pit each evening. Our days were spent in the water. Swimming, using the provided rafts and kayaks. We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable time! Mike and Sue were kind and quick to respond with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this home! »

« We spent the weekend at this cottage and were able to host a graduation celebration for approximately 25. There was good space for accommodating a BBQ. Steve was very responsive and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with needed items. Beautiful view of the lake! »

« Check-in was simple (simple code for unlocking the front door). Kitchen well stocked. By far the best part of the home is the screened-in porch. We stayed out there most of the time due to the perfect weather. Just a 10-min drive to Pokagon State Park as well. »

« Cute, quaint and comfortable, and fit the four of us. Loved the kayaks on the quiet lake. Great stop in Angola (hit the arts fest and farmers market). Friendly neighbors too with the cutest dogs. And Fort Wayne definitely worth a visit - especially Promenade Park! »

« We had a great time staying in Emily’s lake house. Pictures portray it accurately. Inside of home has been completely renovated and is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Can’t beat the location right on the water. Short drive to Walmart, Meijer, Kohls among others. Nice choice of restaurants nearby. Snow lake connects to Lake James, and a few other Lakes. We spent time at the sandbar and went tubing. Would definitely stay here again! Kids kept asking if we could stay here again next year! »

« Here for the week with children and grandchildren. The house is beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The best part was the "bunk room" for the grandchildren. [all eight of them] They could all stay in one room and had such a great time hanging out together. Communication with Kim was incredible! Had one very small issue with the stove and it was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend this house for large families. Thank you Kim!!! »

« The cottage provided us everything we needed. It was easy to get in and out and the owner was very responsive to requests. I have not had a gas stove since I was a kid living at home and I found that cooking on it was like riding a bike. It gave me a bit of nostalgia as well.The location was great for us. Close to town, and to our own cottage that is currently gutted. Also easy drive into the Lake James/Jimmerson area - which of course you need to arrive to Tom's Donuts early if you don't...
