We missed it a few time as we did not want to drive onto private land. A few cabins not too close by so that you have privacy. Quite and peaceful! Downstairs perfect for 2-3 people. Upstairs has a very low ceiling so perfect for children 6-13 years old. Portable air conditioner is noisy but we did not need it with the windows open. Remote, loved the fire pit area, seeing wildlife. Very quiet neighborhood, very close to Canyonlands NP. Not having AC was rough, but got plenty cool at night. We enjoyed the fire pit and the sunsets. A little over one hour drive to Canyonlands and The Arches. The coffee maker is a drip pot with basket filters for those of you reading reviews to find out. The Wifi works great for those that cannot go completely off the grid. It gets dark late but seeing the stars is a must. ##### Jay P. Their were some malfunctions with the water heater, but it was fixed as quickly as possible. Owners were caring and attentive. Very peaceful and relaxing. Great location with immediate access to trails and lots of space to walk the dogs. Enough kitchen space for a Thanksgiving dinner.
