Freshly renovated and furnished, this townhome features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining space for 12. Each of the four bedrooms is comfortably furnished with relaxing memory foam mattresses and clean linens. The three full bathrooms are available for your convenience.

Outside, you'll find a large deck with seating for 6 and a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying a family cookout while taking in the scenic views of the lake. Our home also comes with private bulkhead access, allowing you to easily explore the lake by boat, kayak, or other watercraft. Let the kids enjoy time on the water with our water mat - included with your stay!

Outside, your pets can run and play to their heart's content in the yard and green space adjacent to our home. We are a dog friendly home, so please feel free to bring a furry friend along! We allow 1 dog, weighing 50lb or less. If there are certain items we might be able to get for you ahead of time to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know and we will do our best! We try to respond very quickly and will answer any questions you might have.

We do require our guests to sign a rental agreement, which we will send for electronic signature after booking.

Disclosure: We do have two security cameras located on the outside of the home - one on the front porch and one on the back porch. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
