Were told couldnt do anything about the AC until the next day, so we chose to not stay there without the AC. Told the HOST and they would not refund our money. Neat place to hang out. The neighborhood is great with lots of little parks around. The host was friendly. We have family in Magnolia. The location makes it easy to visit the surrounding area: Magnolia, Tomball, or Huntsville. We will stay here again next time we visit. ##### Jacob H. We love the simplicity of this property. It was a nice getaway for mine and my husbands anniversary. There was so much to do with such little time.
