Very friendly staff at check-in. We were allowed an early check-in which really helped. Public areas of the hotel are beautiful and the room was very comfortable too. Pool area - inside rather hot, outside area very small with insufficient beds, but a lovely space. Great location.

Did not spend enough time to try out the spa although I heard it is really nice. The reception employees were very nice, the room and bed large and comfortable. Dinner was very good and reasonably priced. The only thing negative is that the neighborhood is not the best and we did not feel comfortable walking back at night after going to the theater nearby. However, I would go there again without doubt.

It was located conveniently. I loved the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. The breakfast was a buffet and lots of variety.

Room was clean, slightly dated, key fob for elevator and room access(good) staff was very helpful. Breakfast didn’t change, several scrambled eggs, two meats. But no change. It was good but for a long stay 5+ days became boring,

Great Hotel in Centro

Great location in center of Old city. Very nice hotel with bistro for lunch and dinner. Attentive staff. Underground parking with limited space.
