the hotel needed a park zone close to it, because sometimes we travel in car and all around the hotel zone, finding parkin zone expensives and insecure, or your can make a deal with a parkin zone, for offer a place close, secure and a rate low for customer´s.

Una muy bueno opción por la ubicación en el centro de Monterrey . Muy limpias las habitaciones y el clima super frío , agua caliente y muy puntuales en la entrega de las habitaciones siempre llego a hotel el regio .

Los baños del loby estaban muy sucios. El baño de la habitación olía mal. Es un hotel muy sencillo que tiene lo básico. Recomendaría utilizarlo solo si necesitan donde dormir y van de salida en la mañana.

Nos dijeron que nos harían check-in temprano (a las 12). Nos fuimos y regresamos a esa hora y nos dijeron que en una hora más estaba lista la habitación, al volver a esa hora nos hicieron esperar a nosotros y a muchas más personas hasta más de las 3:30, cuando el check in se supone que era a las 3, lo cual nos quitó tiempo que pudimos haber disfrutado de la ciudad. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, el internet era malo y la limpieza era promedio.

La habitación tiene una excelente vista hacia la ciudad, especialmente puedes ver el cerro de la silla desde ahí. Afortunadamente el servicio de limpieza de habitación impecable y se agradece que haya aire acondicionado. Por el precio vale la pena hospedarse ahí, ya que se encuentra a unos pasos del centro y tiene cercanía con el transporte público. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme si necesito ir a mty.
