Cozy great apt and location
We had a wonderful stay across the street from a path to the ocean at a lovely property with a very nice and responsive owner. Every question was answered promptly, the place was spotless and easy to live in. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay at Montauk!

Delightful apartment
The pictures don’t do justice to this adorable apartment on the second floor of a u-shaped complex. Although the unit faces the central courtyard, the back deck offers a great view of the water. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout excellent.

Wonderful place for a solo stay!
I wanted to treat myself to a quiet New Year's getaway and this place was perfect! Literally steps to the ocean, adorable fireplace and a less than 5-minute walk into town. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Hamptons, this should be your first choice!

Amazing weekend in Montauk
My husband and I went to Montauk for a weekend away to celebrate our anniversary. This place was absolutely perfect! It’s updated, clean, great proximity to the beach and town, the bed was super comfortable and Emma was the most gracious host! She was so helpful in giving recommendations for things to do and places to eat and made the entire check-in/out process seamless. We would definitely go back again!

Unforgettable!
I had an incredible long weekend with my best girlfriend in Montauk! Emma was truly exceptional, going above and beyond to make our experience special. The condo was spotless and well-maintained, making us comfortable. The best part was definitely the breathtaking ocean view from the deck and proximity to town! I can't recommend this spot enough for anyone looking to have a memorable getaway! I hope to be back as soon as possible!
