Villa in the countryside in an Occitan village with medieval castle

  • With us you will be at home for the duration of your stay. Bathed in sunshine and lulled by the song of the cicadas, the villa of the blue cypresses will enchant you with its enclosed and wooded garden. Between games of Ping Pong and petanque, you can cool off in the above-ground swimming pool. You will enjoy meals taken on the large covered terrace with gas barbecue.
    Inside, all comforts, equipped kitchen, air conditioning and tv area.
    Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, the bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
    Access to the property is through the automatic gate and you can park 2 vehicles safely.
    Our beautiful village is accessible by the A750 motorway 2 km away and has all amenities: local shops, gas station, doctors' surgeries, pharmacy, etc ...
    Once you are well settled, you can enjoy the sea and its fine sandy beaches 25 minutes away, the Hérault gorges, the Devil's Bridge and one of the most beautiful villages in France St Guilhem Le Désert and the Salagou lake 20 minutes away.
    Montpellier and its historic centre can be reached in 15 minutes
    You can come and visit us, we will be able to receive you as you wish.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Olivier. C’est un hôte très disponible, à l’écoute et vraiment sympathique. La maison est décorée avec goût dans un style moderne et elle est très fonctionnelle. Le grand jardin avec terrasse et piscine est un vrai plus, parfait pour profiter en famille. Tout est pensé pour passer un séjour agréable et sans souci. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !
