Beautiful partially renovated house in the Villa Marina urbanization about 3 km from the sea. The house is on a plot of about 300m2 and is built on the ground floor. It consists of a living room with TV, wifi, open kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob... Three double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Fantastic porch. Covered barbecue area. 5*3 and 140 cm deep pool. Outside toilet. Parking. A/C extra fee
