The caring and personable staff really made the stay at this hotel a pleasure. They made an effort to customise things to your taste and were very kind with surprising free drinks when just relaxing by the pool. This hotel, like many others marked as “VIP Access,” offers no real benefits. Despite clear upgrade availability the night before check-in, we were told nothing was available once we mentioned VIP status—a recurring pattern where upgrades are consistently denied using vague excuses. If a non-VIP guest wanted to pay, I’m certain a room would have been available. There was no recognition, no perk, no welcome amenity—nothing. Even after raising the issue with guest relations, no effort was made to address it. Additionally, the advertised valet parking doesn’t exist and isn’t needed—it’s just misleading. This feels more like a marketing trick than a real program. I strongly urge you to review and remove this hotel from the VIP Access list.
