Lovely modern property
This property is very modern and clean. Good location in the old town. Very modern lighting but lacks USB sockets.

Lovely spot in the old city!
Beautiful hotel room in a great location. Easy to walk anywhere in the old city from here and only about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Everything looked and felt clean. Contactless checkin but spoke on the phone and very helpful staff.

Great Location
Easy self check in, owner promptly available through WhatsApp. Clean and modern room, well renovated to a high standard. Great location right in the centre. No parking as expected but free within 10 mins walk.

Renovated charm in the historic center
We are a world travelers. The service level provided by Loredana was excellent. Very complete instructions on where to park even went into town to buy us coffee cups and make restaurant reservations. The property is very well-maintained and renovated, perfect position in the center of the historic town.

Direct in the center of the old town a 30 seconds walk to main cathedral. A beautiful modern, clean room. A awesome host always willing to help. The room rooftop terrace a great place to relax. Would happily stay again

Perfect location. Parking was easy enough, make sure to download an app to assist with the blue parking spots. Pay by the hour or simply $8 for the day. Old town is very cute and Monopoli is one of my new favorite cities in all of Italy

Great Location, Amazing Service, Fantastic House
We arrived late but had informed Loredana via Whatsapp who was waiting at the property. Car parking in Monopoli is a bit of a challenge - no parking in the old town, street parking nearby but busy, but public car parks nearby. The location of the property is right in the heart of the beautiful old town, close to the cathedral, the port, beach and lots of bars and restaurants, although it is lovely and quiet. The property itself, is an old fisherman's cottage that has be sympathetically renovated to a high standard. It is on three floors plus a lovely roof terrace which is shared by all three rooms in the property (great for a morning coffee). The rooms are well equipped (sink, plates and cutlery included along with a fridge). The beds were very comfortable, cleanliness was great and Wifi was fast and stable. There is good air conditioning and the shower was spacious with good water pressure/temperature. Loredana went over and above helping us immediately with an issue which involved a visit to the police (we don't speak Italian) and couldn't have helped us more. I stayed in room Mare. I would love to stay here again and couldn't recommend more!

L’esperienza è positiva per posizione e comfort della stanza, seppur poco luminosa. Il check-in è automatico con i codici … avrei gradito però che per le cose basiche come ad esempio il funzionamento dello split avessero scritto una nota, a proposito del fatto che una volta accesso occorreva aspettare, perché il mio e gli altri usati non richiedevano questo tempo di attesa, per cui ho dovuto contattarli un po’ allarmata dalla cosa. È vero che ho pernottato solamente una notte, ma in questo periodo dell’anno è un servizio essenziale. Il phon che non andava sarà stata certamente una altra spiacevole casualità perché è stato sostituito appena gliel’ho fatto presente al mattino con uno nuovo.

Fantastisk central beliggenhed
Det var et super fint sted, meget rent og fantastisk beliggenhed, midt i den gamle bydel, fyldt med hyggelige og gode restauranter, og tæt på mulighed for at bade. Fantastiske skønt sted....OBS der er ikke reception og der er ikke mulighed for morgenmad, bare man er OBS på det er det ikke noget problem .

Struttura situata al centro di Monopoli, vicino la cattedrale. Piccola, carina, ideale per una coppia, con aria condizionata, frigo. Consigliata. A pochi passi dal centro e dalla prima cala (Porta Vecchia).

Gerne wieder...
Süsse Unterkunft sehr gut im Zentrum gelegen. Sehr schön gepflegte Zimmer. Checkin war etwas wenig flexibel, hat aber dennoch einwandfrei geklappt.

Assez bien et bien situé
Endroit sympathique belle décoration de chambre. Nous devions avoir un balcon ou une terrasse et noud avons eu un tout petit balconnet ridicule donc déçus.

Nell'annuncio è specificato che la terrazza ad uso comune e non di una singola stanza, inoltre non avevate fatto nessuna richiesta specifica, se non quella per il late check out per cui siete stati accontentati senza costi aggiuntivi.

Centralissimo b&b ben curato e ristrutturato. Ottima accoglienza e pulizia. Abbiamo preso le 2 camere "mare e cielo" che si trovano al piano rialzato e al 1 piano…..poi c'è la terza camera "terra" al piano -1 che non abbiamo visto.Ultimo piano c'è in fine una terrazza comune con cucina e macchina da caffè (unico neo la colazione non inclusa in un prezzo medio\alto)

Esperienza positiva
Host molto disponibile e precisa. Posizione della struttura ottima. Stanza pulitissima. Struttura poco confortevole per conformazione (tipico terratetto) ma molto caratteristica. Unica pecca l'assenza di privacy: cabina doccia con vetro trasparente di fronte al letto e porta wc in vetro opaco e semiaperta.
