Monk Bar Tours and Activities

My second stay at the hotel was excellent. I had issues using the TV, the receptionist was very helpful and re-assigned me a new room. The lift was also out of order and when asked if I was okay with the stairs, I did state potentially but then was offered a room on the ground floor.

Superb stay at Quebecs, upgraded to the Wainwright Suite, just a shame we only had one night to sleep in Britains comfiest bed!!

Broken door lock in bathroom, worn out carpet on stairs, no curtains on blinds that didn't close well, did not use bath ,very dirty, both taps on basin had hot water.
