The best time to go to Skanes is generally during the shoulder seasons of spring (April to May) and autumn (September to October), offering pleasant weather without the peak summer crowds.During these months, the weather is warm and sunny, with average temperatures ranging from 20°C to 25°C, making it ideal for relaxing on the beaches or exploring the local area. The Mediterranean Sea is still warm enough for swimming, and you'll find fewer visitors compared to the height of summer, leading to a more relaxed experience at attractions and restaurants. This period is particularly good for couples looking for a romantic getaway, as the milder temperatures are superb for strolls along the coastline or enjoying an outdoor meal.Families travelling with younger children might also find these months appealing. The temperatures are comfortable for little ones to play on the beach, and the generally calmer environment means less waiting in queues and a more enjoyable pace for everyone. You'll also find better value on accommodation and flights outside of the school holiday rush.
