It is a listed building that is set on its own private grounds, down an avenue. It has been passed down through the same family for at least 7 generations It is close to Enniscorthy, Ferns, Vinegar Hill and just off the M11 Motorway. The Farmhouse is an ideal place to relax and enjoy time off. It has old world charm, historical features, with all the conviences of a modern day home. This house features a ground floor and a first floor. The groundfloor features a large kitchen, utility room, bathroom, living room,and one small bedroom. The firstfloor features 3 bedrooms and 2 ensuites with fibre broadband throughout the house. Peaceful Countryside Meets Historic Town Ballymotey Beg offers the best of both worlds: the absolute peace and tranquility of the rolling County Wexford countryside, paired with the easy, close-by access to the bustling, historic market town of Enniscorthy.
