The property on the out side was sketchy but the rooms were clean and comfortable. They took a $100 deposit I never received back

The room I rented had a flickering light in the bathroom and the door to the hotel room did not lock properly and could be opened without a key. I notified the front desk about canceling my next nights stay, and they told me to contact Expedia to get my refund. Expedia has been trying to contact them to verify the refund and no one answers the phone.
