The fully renovated, modern kitchen is integrated into the living room, featuring an island and ocean views. It is fully equipped and opens onto a 20-meter terrace with a table that seats 8.
On the same floor, there are two bathrooms, and a third bathroom is located near the swimming pool on the lower level, where there is a private garage and gardens surrounding the villa.

The village of Arguineguín is located in the municipality of Mogán, 41 kilometres from Gando Airport in Gran Canaria.
It is an old fishing village that has retained its authentic way of life thanks to the local residents who have continued to live there for generations. The golden beach has several restaurants nearby where you can enjoy local cuisine and take a stroll along the promenades.
Las Marañuelas is the main beach with black volcanic sand and is ideal for snorkelling to see the diverse marine life of the Canary Islands. Another option is the beach at El Pajar, which has many traditional restaurants serving Canarian or international cuisine.
