  • An incredible view on the historical center of Modica, the Baroque town in the south eastern part of Sicily declared World Heritage by Unesco for its Churches and beauties.

    Vico Muccio is in a central position, a few minutes from the main cultural attractions, bars, shops and local restaurants. The house is nicely located in a silent alley of the old town with plenty of light.

    The house has recently been restructured with local raw materials and by maintaining the local building traditions. This has made it comfortable and practical, with a well equipped kitchen that opens up on a delightful terrace, a bedroom and a spacious and warm living room where the sofa and armchair can become beds.
