"Arrived 10pm for checkin with kids and luggage and was told that lift not working, rooms and bathroom looked like a hospital rooms dirty filthy broken stuff. Never going back, they also overcharged me $50 dont know why."

"The room, especially the bedding, had a terrible dog smell. Apparently, they allow dogs in the rooms. Could not even use the sheets and blankets. Luckily, I had brought my own pillow cases.
