The property was perfect for our group of 3 guys with a bedroom for each of us. the two car garage was a bonus, enabling us to park our trailer indoors and keep the bikes safe and secure overnight. The recent furniture replacement shows that the owners are committed to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for their guests. We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this was by far our best experience. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. The rental was very clean. It was an added bonus that it had the most comfortable beds we've had at any of our stay locations. The host was great to communicate with and even gave many beneficial recommendations for activities and food. The only negative we had was the Wi-Fi was somewhat weak (and there's terrible cell service) and the Living Room TV system was difficult to navigate. But we spent so much time out and around Moab, it didn't impact us too much. Thank you again, we hope to stay with you again in the near future. ##### Jared H. The home was comfortable and exactly what we expected. The location was perfect—close to Arches National Park and made a great home base for all of our adventures in the surrounding area. The check-in process was smooth and easy, which we appreciated after a long day of travel.One suggestion: We did notice the home could benefit from a more thorough cleaning.
