The rental was well-furnished, quiet and very clean. There was also a great view of the awesome local scenery from our bedroom window. The location was excellent--just a few miles outside of Moab. In addition, the property manager--Rossana--was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering our questions and providing information. We have stayed here 2 years ago, and we noticed upgrades to the property that makes it even nicer than the last time we stayed. If you are looking for a nice comfortable condo that is only miles from downtown Moab, this beats staying at a hotel by miles! Since we had a group that required more than the three bedrooms in this condo, she also has the connected condo, which we rented and made the trip even nicer as we only had to step next door to meet with our group. This Moab home was the perfect respite spot while taking a family vacation to Arches National Park- we loved the quiet location out of town but still close to everything. The home was clean, spacious, well stocked and beautiful. We loved the comfy beds and outdoor spaces overlooking the landscape- at night we used the upstairs balcony to do stargazing. The location was great and everyone we met in the neighborhood was lovely- our kids loved being able to use the pool in the heat of the day. Rosana was a lovely host and so helpful with all the info of what to do in the area and quick to answer any questions we had. Can’t wait to come back again! ##### Jenna M.
