The host was extremely thoughtful. The check-in / check-out process was smooth, the communication with the manager was easy, and you just feel really taken care of. The house itself was as described, a great place to relax after a day of wandering the wilderness. The only thing I can find to mention is that the walls are a bit thin, you could hear when the people on the other side of the house got up - not a huge deal overall. This particular property is right next to the pool, which was a big deal for my kids who really enjoyed swimming in it. Overall really happy with our time here, I would love to stay again next time I am in Moab. ##### Anthony F. Hot tub was clean and in order. The grill was clean and ready to cook on. The house was nicely furnished with everything we needed. We were able to park three full-size trucks and a trailer. This was our first visit to Moab and this property was the perfect choice for us to do and see everything we wanted. We loved the location as we could walk to the restaurants and shops and easily drive to Arches, Canyonland and other area attractions. We loved the quiet location and took full advantage of the outdoor patio and hot tub each evening. We stayed three nights before heading to Kanab, but wish we could have stayed longer. If we had our own condo in Moab, set up just the way we'd like, it would be Cottonwoods 477. Our family of 4 stayed for a hot week of mtn. biking and hiking, and this made a perfect home base for us A/C was cold (required for Moab in July, when it's over 100F most days), garage perfect for storing our bikes/gear, beds and furnishings comfortable, and centrally located for either biking or driving across town. We didn't need our typical 'go box' we bring along for vacation rentals, as everything was stocked in the kitchen. I can't think of anything we'd change - the unit was the best we've stayed at in Moab and probably anywhere. ##### Adam E.
