Luxury in the Red Rocks. Feel at home staying in this beautiful, private 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. Features include: 2 King, 2 Queen beds and bonus game room has a futon mattress. The master bathroom has a separate soaking tub and walk in shower. All rooms are equipped with 43" smart TV's. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including coffee, coffee maker, skillet, crockpot and blender. Washer and Dryer in the house for convenience. Relax in the private backyard with outdoor table, BBQ grill and HOT TUB. The view from the back deck is breath taking of the red cliffs and La Sal Mountains. Enjoy plenty of parking for all of your toys with a 2 car garage and more parking space in the front and side of the home. Just minutes from down town, 4x4 trails and National Parks. Don't forget the Foosball table! Come, relax and enjoy Moab!

Other things to note: You do not need a timed entry slot to visit Arches National Park and there is a Camper on the west side of the property that someone lives in part time. This camper is separated by a chain-link privacy fence and tenant is rarely there and will not bother you.

Very clean home. Cozy and welcoming. Stephanie was very accessible and responsive. Beds are super comfortable and kitchen is decently stocked, just wanted more cooking utensils. We liked being just out from the heart of the city but close enough it was easy to access everything.

The house was amazing!! It was a great stay even with an unexpected event happening to our family. The hostess was absolutely amazing and understanding of the situation. She made sure we was okay and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends going to Moab.

Lot's of space to use on this property. Even thought it wasn't in Moab it was very close and the extra space easily made up for that. The inside of the house was comfortable enough for us to enjoy our trip. We didn't use the hot tub because it was a very hot week but looked nice. Stephanie was very easy to contact and responded quickly to questions. We would stay here again on the next trip sure.

Bed spread in main bedroom was stained. Sheets/blanket/pillows were worn/stained and had unpleasant smell. Blinds were dirty/stained. Overall, house felt unclean. Front King bedroom had glass doors leaving no privacy. Dryer took 2hours to dry a normal sized load of clothes which is not functional with 4 couples. Parking was good.

Very nice place. We appreciated having use of the garage as well as the house. Two of the rooms have glass doors so are not private. We hung up sheets for privacy and were very comfy!

off-roading adventure

We had a group of 10 people, 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 kids. The house worked out great for the whole crew. We grilled out, played cards, soaked in the hot tub and played plenty of foosball. We were minutes from downtown and close to the trails for hiking and off-roading. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The house had all the soaps, shampoo, conditioner and linens needed. Overall it was a great stay!

Great quiet family home for exploring National Parks

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and location was not too from downtown Moab. We were here with family on spring break and had a wonderful time hiking during the day and coming back to this home to relax in reclining sofa's, cook & grill dinner and soak in the amazing outdoor hot tub. The hot tub has many settings for a great water massage :)

Sunrise & Sunsets Here were Awesome!

If you prefer memorable daily views from the rear patio of sunrises over the La Sal Mountains, and sunsets over the Red Rocks producing a stunning glow across on the Mountains, this is Thee Property for your Moab stay! Walking distance to restaurants and tee shirt shops it is not. It is a quiet, walkable neighborhood south of town close to walking paths, and it gives you the ability to get from the house to the Sand Flats Rec Area in your Side x Side. We had 7 various vehicles and there was plenty of parking space, which included two in the large garage. Garage side door was used a lot (for travel between laundry room, to garage, to camper parked on the side). House was comfortable for 8 adults, except we lacked eating table space and board/card game table space. And we even brought our own 8' table for ongoing assembly of jigsaw puzzles (family tradition). Still wished we had more table spaces. We would have given this property 5 Stars, except we spent considerable time during our 3 week stay picking up 2" nails (over 250) and small pieces of Styrofoam that a recent contractor carelessly left behind around the entire property when he replaced the siding. There were a lot of tires on our 7 vehicles that we wanted to protect. Owners were aware of the nails before we arrived, but we were the ones who picked them up over many, many days. House was initially difficult to find because the house numbers are barely readable. It's the second house on the left.

Well appointed house with 4 bedrooms and capacity to sleep more. Kitchen had everything necessary to cook our meals and a garage to house the truck. Property manager very responsive - I definitely recommend a stay here.

Everything we needed and quite comfy!

This house is well-equipped with everything we ever looked for. Grassy back yard for our 3-year-old to play while we grilled dinner. Convenient to Arches NP and to Moab for groceries and dining out.

Great stay in Moab

Nice and clean residence. Has a grill and washer and dryer which we appreciated. Beds and restrooms were nice and comfy. Also had board games available and foosball. Only small negative is that it's about a 6-8 min drive to town instead of just being in town so if you care about being walking distance to stuff you might want to consider that

Quick access to Moab and space to spread out

Home is much bigger than it appears from the outside. Lots of space to spread out, nice showers, AC worked great and ceiling fans were appreciated. Just a 5 min jaunt to downtown Moab. Would definitely stay again!
