This RV has 1 private bathroom 1 bedroom. The sofa in the living room has a pullout bed. Inside includes heat/AC, linens/towels/soaps, fully stocked kitchen, cable TV, free WIFI. Outside we provide a fire pit, propane grill, picnic table camping chairs for a prime camping experience! Bunk beds have a weight limit of 150lb if applicable. May not be suitable for most adults. (Arches National Park was less than a 15 minute drive.) The RV park is well kept and cared for. Wonderful views of cliffs and mountains. RV we stayed in was clean, bed was comfortable. Kitchen was adequately stocked - could use a cookie sheet and a couple of baking dishes. Great supply of towels, pillows, blankets, etc.. Even a couple of outdoor patio chairs were available to use.
