The hot tub and pool are currently closed. The hot tub is expected to open over President's Day weekend/Feb 13th. The pool is scheduled to open in late March/early April. Please see the pool and hot tub schedule and hours below. Why Book with Us? \- We are local in Moab. We live here and know the area well!- No hidden fees! We don't tack on extra unnecessary booking fees. \- We are highly familiar with the Moab area and can provide recommendations on tours, hikes, adventures, food and more! \- We have been in business for over 20 years and have been a trusted host for 1000+ travelers to Moab. Unwind after a long day of adventuring in Moab in this spacious corner townhome, while enjoying the views of the red rock cliffs and La Sal Mountains from the patio and throughout the home. The downstairs features the living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, and master bedroom with a king-size bed and attached bathroom. While the upstairs has two additional bedrooms with queen beds, a full-size bathroom, and a loft with a sofa. This home is minutes away from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Old Spanish Trail Arena, La Sal Mountains, and Dead Horse Point State Park. There are endless jeep trails, mountain biking, & hiking possibilities just a quick drive from the townhome. In the evenings and downtime, you can relax in the hot tub and pool or cozy up to the living room fireplace! The complex also offers basketball and tennis courts and a playground for the kids! Enjoy some R&R time on the private patio and use the outside gas grill to cook some of your favorite meals, while also staying connected during your stay by using our high-speed WIFI! This home is sure to bring you all of the comfort and relaxation you need while vacationing in beautiful Moab! All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice! Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Parking There is parking in the two-car garage (19 Feet in Depth / 6 Feet 9 Inches in Height) and additional parking spaces are near the unit. For overflow/additional parking for Jeeps, RZRs, trailers or other vehicles, Meador Drive is the main street leading into the complex which is near the unit. We ask that guests do not take up too many of the extra parking spaces so that guests in other units are also able to park additional vehicles that they might have in their party. Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control. Hot Tub Schedule: Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025 Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend) Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm Open: Oct 2026 – Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm \*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th Pool Schedule: Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open \*\*Pool is open weather permitting. Our family of four spent 3 nights in the condo as part of a trip to visit Utah's Mighty 5 National Parks. We absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean, well-maintained, and an excellent choice for families. Though it's located a few miles south of town, we enjoyed being away from the busyness of Moab. Our kids (13 and 10) had a great time in the pool, and were grateful for all the space to spread out. We highly recommend this condo! ##### Tony F.
