Our group travels to moab multiple times a year and generally stay in traditional hotels or cabins in the area. We are a jeepimg group and this house was better for our reason for staying there. Plenty of beds, and great flow of the house for larger groups. The property has parking space for trailers. The outdoor yard has been set up nicely for late afternoon BBQ time.
