This place was a good base with plenty of room. It was nice to soak in the hot tub after hiking or before starting out in the morning. The owners were extremely prompt at answering. Close to the trails and anything else we needed. The house was clean, well stocked and plenty of beds. We had a group of 7 of us from different parts of the country that came to Moab to attend the Easter Jeep Safari and then wheeled for another week when the trails are less crowded. The property was super clean and comfortable for all of us. We love staying here and will definitely stay here again when we are out this way.
