The pool will reopen June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These dates for repair are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below.

Located 15 minutes to Arches National Park, 45 minutes to Canyonlands National Park and Deadhorse State Park, 10 minutes to Old Spanish Trail Arena and minutes away from 4X4 and mountain bike trails!
Newer, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath property, furnished for you to relax after enjoying many of the activities Moab has to offer. Fully stocked kitchen helps save you money instead of dining out. The double car garage and the 38" driveway are great for trailers and toys. There are beautiful views of the Moab Rim from every window in the townhome.
All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king bed with a private balcony. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines) Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two twin beds. There is also sleeper sofa in the living room. A full bathroom is located upstairs for the two bedrooms and there is a half bathroom located downstairs off of the kitchen.
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
This unit has security cameras on the front door and the front of the garage door. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Unit does not come with ATV. Photos are to show that ATVs can fit into the two car garage.
Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Dates are tentative and not guaranteed) Open: Sept/Labor Day Weekend - Jan 3, 2027 - 1 PM - 9 PM *Hot tub is usually closed Jan 3rd - Feb 14th

We loved our stay in Moab and visiting Arches! Your place was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for meals and comfortable sleeping arrangements too. Thank you for the easy check in/check out and communication.
We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We did have an issue with the A/C at first, but Nicole quickly addressed the issue and even offered to let us switch to a different property if needed. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again.
Of course, Moab is so beautiful and totally different from TX which is where I'm from. This townhouse was perfect! So close to The Arches and not too far from The Canyonlands. We enjoyed the townhouse because it was cozy, family friendly and close to EVERYTHING! We truly enjoyed our stay. Maybe I will move to Utah one day. 🙏

Loved this unit, it was very clean and accommodating for bigger parties. The only nice item to have would be a nicer fold out couch as the mattress is not very thick and rather uncomfortable. but loved the rest of this unit.
Nice place outside Moab. Nicely maintained. Garage. Had everything we needed for a great 3-day stay while exploring Arches and Canyonlands parks.
Only little thing was the mattress on the queen bed—it was so hard. I mean hard—you could crack an egg on it. Better than too soft and mushy but this was over-the-top firm.
The property had everything needed, and everything was clean. It was convenient, cozy, and overall very nice.
I didn't understand that it was a duplex, but then I understood that I should've guessed that because it was mentioned as a townhouse in the listing.
The hot tub and swimming pool hours were limited and didn't fit our schedule, as we were out exploring national parks during the day. I hoped to use them on our last day of stay, but the check-out time (10 am, earlier than the usual 11 am) was when the swimming pool would open (so late).

Great Location, plenty of room for parking full size truck and trailer. We had one issues on the 3rd day. We got blocked into our condo because someone failed to communicate with everyone that the roads would be re-asphalted. We could not pull out of our driveway. After a lengthy ordeal, we were finally able to leave.

We have stayed here a couple of times, just far enough away from town to have peace and quiet but close to many trails. The property was clean and well taken care of.
The condo was great! It fit all our needs! The view from the outdoor sitting area was beautiful and quiet. It was 30 mins from Arches and about 45 mins from Canyonland! Watching the sunset from Arches made for an easy drive back to the condo. We found the washer and dryer to be handy! Everything was very up to date and clean! Parking in the garage was a perk.

Excellent house to stay for family, living room, kitchen, bedroom with patio (not usable) and the community location are very good with mountains near by. Good scenic view from living room.
Nice roomy place perfect for a family of four. The pool and hot tub hours could be extended. It was nice to be a little out of town since it was a holiday weekend the town was pretty busy. We will be back for sure.
This was a perfect place to stay to explore Moab. It's a beautiful clean well-stocked townhouse with a large two car garage and laundry room. Being able to do laundry cut down on packing for the trip. The garage made it easy to load and unload the car. A short drive to Moab for gas and food and close to the area's National parks. We explored Arches, Canyonlands and Mesa Verde.
