Welcome to Tango Waves,
Nestled just steps from the Gulf of Mexico, this exquisite retreat offers a seamless blend of elevated comfort and family-friendly indulgence. Unwind by the elevated swimming pool and spa, or gather in the outdoor cooking area for a delightful al fresco experience. Every level of the home boasts breathtaking Gulf views, creating the perfect backdrop for relaxation. From October to May, the pool can be heated for an added touch of comfort (for a nominal fee).
Inside, Tango Waves is designed to inspire. Our sophisticated décor, designer appliances, and expansive balconies have been featured on ESPN, the NFL Network, and ABC. Each bedroom features an en-suite bath, ensuring privacy and convenience. The third-level game room offers stunning panoramas of the beach and unforgettable sunsets. The private elevator connects the garage to the top floor for seamless access.
Nestled in a prime location, Tango Waves offers proximity to Silver Sands Premium Outlets, gourmet dining, family entertainment, and the vibrant Baytowne Wharf. From grocery stores to boat rentals, every convenience and adventure awaits just moments away.
House Layout (sleeps 16):
Ground Level: Parking garage and elevator. Parking for up to five standard vehicles.
1st floor (sleeps 2): King room with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Living room and kitchen that flows to the outdoor pool area.
2nd floor (sleeps 8): King room with bathroom (sleeps 2) | King room with bathroom (sleeps 2) | King room with bathroom and balcony (sleeps 2) | King room with bathroom, tub, and balcony (sleeps 2) | Laundry room and Wet Bar.
3rd floor (sleeps 6): Bunk room with two sets of twin over twin beds (sleeps 4) | Bathroom | Game room with wet bar, Queen sofa sleeper, and balcony overlooking the Gulf Of Mexico (sleeps 2).
Pool/Spa Heating is available from October through May for an extra fee. This service requires a nominal fee and must be requested three days before arrival to ensure adequate time for turning the gas heating system on.
The home has four folding beach chairs you can carry to the beach. Seasonal beach vendors offer luxury chair setups with an umbrella as well. We supply white spa towels that can be used at the beach or pool.
All events require prior approval, permitting, and appropriate fees. Please inquire if you plan on getting married or having an event here.

Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for YouTube, Netflix, Disney, Max, etc.
Spa-quality amenities include high-thread-count hypoallergenic linens and towels and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions.
Only guests over 25 may book this home, and they must be present. No underage party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.
Some dogs are allowed, depending on size, so please inquire about our pet policy and fees. Any dog must be approved in advance with written consent.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
