Stunning views from all levels, private pool, tiki bar, basketball, stunning kitchen and enough parking for your entire crowd (up to 18 vehicles) (or a 40ft motorhome). What more could you want? All new bedding, several new furnishings, decor, basketball, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and a 500 sq ft air conditioned activity den to name a few things. Alotta Colada beach house is the perfect spot for a family gathering or multiple family getaway due to its unique feature of being located on a private/gated street with it's own private beach! There is space for all with approximately 8100 sq ft (inclusive of balconies). Sit on one of the many decks overlooking the beautiful crisp teal waters of the gulf, or take a walk on the white sandy beaches which are located just steps away from the main house and private pool. If you want a break from the beach , enjoy the pool and bar area with TV/Satellite or step into the spacious courtyard to play basketball while still overlooking the ocean that is just steps away. ( less than a 15 second walk) Once you stay in the marvelous beach home, I'm sure you'll check your calendar for a repeat stay the following year! There is a single sleeper in this room too. A huge deck spans the width of the home and overlooks the gulf. It was the first time in a long time that my siblings and I have spent time together all at once. The house was amazing. The view to the beach was incredible. The pool was perfect. All the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The big kitchen was perfect for all to enjoy eating and talking. The host was very helpful and accommodating. There was 26 of us staying here and there was ample space for all. Location and proximity to beach was great. The beach was beautiful. Property was priced well for what you got. We loved the ice machine available with the property. Also loved that we had three sets of washing machines and dryers to use. They sent someone to check on the pool at least twice in the week (maybe more but we saw him at least twice) which we also appreciated as the pool stayed clean. Rental house was a little dated with some wear and tear throughout but it didn't bother us. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and cooking supplies but we needed more kitchen towels available. Future renters - bring all your own trash bags, coffee filters, napkins, paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, spices, etc as property had none. The pool was heated and perfect for the high 60’s temps in late March. Could easily walk to beach and enjoyed a great view even though we were 2nd row housing. Recreational games in the garage were perfect and plenty of seating for cards and eating together in the main house. We could walk to a restaurant on beach as well as outlet mall. Full kitchen, dining space & living room with another full master suite on 2nd floor. 1st floor 3 master suites (1 with bunks) and small kitchen and living space. That walks out to the pool. Plenty of space for 24 adults and children. Check the TV remotes when you 1st arrive, we had some that didn't work but didn’t realize it till late in the week. Found a few roaches during our stay. The home itself is so nice, bedding, furniture, everything. and spacious! We booked a trip with our friends - 9 families, 23 kids mostly 12-14 years old, one baby, 2 8 year olds, and 16 adults. It was just so perfect I can’t describe. Each family was so pleased! The beds and bedding were so comfy. The second and third floor bedrooms rooms are huge! The bunk rooms on third floor also very nice for kids or even adults. The guest house was really nice! We enjoyed the game room, basketball court, and many seating areas and balconies! The pool and outside bar were perfect places to hang. The beach so close as well. We were back and forth all the time. Loved falling asleep to the sounds of waves each night. And morning coffee looking at the view. 3 full size washer and dryers! The ice maker was a lifesaver and never ran out despite allll these people! Hot water wasn’t an issue either for showers. Bath towels were nice too. We cooked full meals each day in the main kitchen. All the fridges were nice and we stocked the first one up with adult beverages! As well as the fridge by the pool. The grill was great for burger night. Coffee makers came in handy too. Trash was easy in the bins just past the pool. I was nervous when we booked this place because of the nonrefundable 50% deposit. But it was one of the few houses big enough for us that would take less than a week reservation. We absolutely love the tiki bar and pool. We spent every afternoon there rain or shine. Only negative was that the top floor was a little warm at night.
