There is a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, blender, griddle, crockpot and all utensils. Dining Room: The dining room features a very large, sturdy, custom-made wood table that seats up to 10\. It has a calming view of the backyard and pool area. Living Room: This living area is very spacious and has ample seating, featuring 3 full-sizecouches and a large flat-screen TV. The living room also has a view of the backyard and pool. The ship-lapped walls and trendy accent trim work give the whole living and dining area a very cozy, casual vibe. It’s the perfect place to gather with those you love! Bedroom + Bathroom #1: Upon entering the home, located on the right-hand side is the first bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, nightstands, flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. This bedroom is connected to a bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and can also be accessed through the hallway. There is a grill, and propane is provided for you. The pool and spa can be heated in the cooler months upon request. The driveway can accommodate 4 cars plus the golf cart. After driving over 10 hours and being hot and tired we were unable to enter the house until an hour after the listed time on VRBO. I did know the day before that check-in time was incorrect as per Travel Life Vacations who said they would try to have the house ready by 4, but as stated before, it was not. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after spending the day at the beach (recommend paying the extra fee to heat the pool!) This home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Each room was spacious, clean and adequately stocked. The beds were very comfortable too! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking amenities. The beautiful home, amazing golf cart, pool and hot tub, and exceptional service from the property manager made our vacation truly memorable. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing and fun getaway! The home was brand new, decorated well and spacious. Every adult bedroom had a very comfortable king bed. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds - they were close to the ground which is perfect for toddlers who use a real bed. Though the weather during our stay wasn't ideal, the heated pool and hot tub were a highlight of our trip as they allowed us to still enjoy swimming and lounging in the water, even on cooler days, providing hours of relaxation and fun for our whole group (ranging from 18 months to 65)! In addition, the golf cart was one of my favorite parts of the house. It was electric, so we didn’t have to pay for gas or anything and it was such a fun way to see the area and get easily to the beach. You could also walk to the beach from the Spiny Lobster, it wasn't far at all. There's also some delicious restaurants within walking distance. Another one of the standout features of our stay was the excellent service provided by the property manager. There were a few very minor issues that we encountered, and they were promptly addressed and fixed, going above and beyond our expectations. The level of responsiveness and attentiveness was truly impressive and ensured that our stay was hassle-free. The only slight drawback was the spotty wifi connectivity, but it didn't significantly impact our overall experience. We would definitely stay here or another Travel Life property again!!
