BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5 (Bunk Room): When you get to the landing on the 2nd floor, go right to find bedroom #5\. This bunk room includes 2 full-over-full bunk beds, 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, 2 end tables, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has a private bathroom with 2 sinks and a glassed-in shower/tub combination. There is extra floor space for an air mattress, and the air mattresses and sheets are stored in the closet in this bathroom. This room also has access to the backyard balcony that runs the entire length of the back of the home. There is a coded security lock on this balcony door for child safety. BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6: This room is across from the bunk room, in the back, left corner of the home. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has a private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower. It has extra floor space for an air mattress or pack-n-play. It also has access to the backyard balcony. 3RD FLOOR: BEDROOM #7: Up on the 3rd floor, go straight to bedroom #7\. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a mounted flat-screen TV, and also a cozy, quaint seating area to relax or have a good read. This room has access to the 3rd-floor balcony off the front of the home. BATHROOM #7: This bathroom is shared by bedrooms # 7 and #8 and includes a glassed-in shower/tub combination. House was very well up kept, it appears some recent upgrades were done across the home. Pleasantly surprised. Very clean, previous reviews acted as if this was an issue, property management assured us they had all new cleaning crews for the home, can confirm they are doing a great job. House is towards the front of the community, so very convenient to get in and out of the neighborhood. The pool was a must, we didn't want to go to the beach everyday and the pool was a more convenient and relaxing experience in between beach days. Definitely intend to return, sooner than later. My family and I spent a week here for Thanksgiving. The area was perfect and the house was beautiful with enough space, but we had to call maintenance multiple times. That said, the property was very responsive and had someone there to address issues promptly, if they could. In case you miss it, the house sleeps 30, but they only allow 20 ppl at the cost shown. It is an additional $100 pp, regardless of age. You can't check in early, even if no one stayed there before. We got the code right at check in time. Once we entered, we could immediately tell it had been a while since someone was in to clean. Dead bugs were on the floor (dry and stuck to it), the oven was nasty, and the ice maker did not work. Two of the tv's did not work properly, but the company had them replaced while we were there. The maintenance guy to tried to clean the oven, but it was in rough shape. He tried to fix the ice maker, but it never worked. He did mention we could save receipts for ice we bought, but it wasn't worth the trouble. One of the tubs was severely clogged, the golf cart wouldn't charge, blew a fuse and had to be repaired, hand towels in the bathroom had makeup on them, the outside trash bins were already full when we got there. We found random medicine in one of the beds, and water bottles, tags, etc. that were not ours under furniture. We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves, but for what we paid, I was not pleased with the upkeep of the property, even if it was off-peak season. ##### Brittani W. The location was perfect with a nice walk to the beach. It wasn’t too long for the kids in our group. Private beach access was lovely too. The property manager was very communicative. Although their office closet after 5 pm, when the hvac went down, we reached out to the emergency phone number and had a staff member come out at 10 pm. It was reassuring. They also had an hvac company back on site the following morning for a full fix. The listing has 8 roof old but I’d say 7 rooms for couples and children to adults (non couples) could fill the other sleeping spaces . The location was very clean and quiet as well. ##### Temi F. The faucets in the bathrooms were not extended over the sinks far enough and left a mess every time you washed your hands. The kitchen cutting knives left a lot to be desired. The hand can opener did not work at all. There were plenty of dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans but there were no serving bowls. The size of the pool is VERY misleading on the website. The floors downstairs were very dirty. Close to the beach and many restaurants. House was spacious for 15, everyone had their own space. Beds super comfy. Golf cart came in handy for quick drop offs. Pool was wonderful, the kids loved it! Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, if you cook. Cons: Instead of the little boxes for each bathroom with toiletries and kitchen dish pods, I would much rather see that money go towards stocking toilet paper and paper towels. We got a half used roll of paper towels for 7 nights, no refills. Each bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper, no refills. There were 15 of us. The drain in one of the bathrooms barely drained and the toilet ran all the time. We just shut the door. I did not contact maintenance and I'm sure it would have been addressed. Rugs and floors need a deep clean, windows and surfaces looked gently wiped over. Overall, we had an amazing trip and would definitely rent here again. ##### Amanda R. There was some confusion on the private beach access, as there are no actual wristbands you need as described, just need the gate code, which we had to search for. Would be nice to just list all the codes needed in a simple email/text. The house was stocked with very basic essentials. Felt kind of cheap to only supply one toilet paper roll per bathroom, obviously that's not enough for a multiple night stay here. Plenty of dishes and utensils though. House seems cheaply made, but is adequate for what we needed. Shower pressure is very poor, which is a big deal when you're trying to get sand off of everything. Front door closing shook the whole house, especially the two downstairs bedrooms next to it. Also of note is it's a far walk by foot to the beach, and no car parking near the private entrance. The golf cart was nice to have for short trips, but when the whole house was going to the beach it was easier to just drive to the public beach. Pool was clean, and plenty of parking for 6+ cars if needed. ##### Kory W. My family has stayed up and down the coast for years and this was the best as far as location and amenities we have a found! There are 19 of us and each person had their own place and no one felt like they were on top of each other. We chose to have the pool heated and it was absolutely perfect! The golf cart was a blast and so easy to drop people off at the beach. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is located very close to CVS and Walmart. I even had groceries delivered from Walmart that made our stay even easier. I had to contact Ryan a few times and within minutes he texted back.
