Our home is located within the fabulous Gulf Walk complex, right across the street from Emerald beach (5 min walk) and less than a mile to Winn Dixie--a close place for groceries. When you book our amazing beach townhouse at Gulf Walk, you’ll be given a keyless entry code for easy access (self-check-in). There is space for 2 vehicles to park at the house, and additional parking is based on availability at the complex entrance. As our guest, you’ll have access to the GulfWalk Complex swimming pool. Whether your stay is centered around vacation, business, or just rest & relaxation, our beautiful townhome can accommodate your needs. The Gulf Walk complex is just steps from gorgeous emerald waters and white sand beaches. (We can also accommodate large groups at this same complex) If working is a must while on vacation, don’t worry! You can enjoy blazing-fast Wi-Fi for all your work or streaming needs. Here’s a breakdown of the house, so you can know exactly what to expect: Kitchen: Prefer to cook your own meals when you’re away from home? Don’t worry! Our townhome has a fully stocked kitchen! You’ll have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including full-size appliances, a large variety of pots, pans & dishes, a coffee maker, a double toaster, and a blender for your smoothies (or frozen margaritas)! Dining: Gather around our large family-style dining table each night to enjoy freshly grilled seafood or to play a board game! There’s plenty of room for everyone! In the mornings, you can sip your coffee at the breakfast bar, or head outside to the covered patio or 2nd-level balcony to enjoy the warm sea breeze. +A highchair is provided for your little ones. Gulf Walk Complex is centrally located in the heart of everything you need for an awesome vacation! With its prime location, you’ll be close to water sports, shopping, snorkeling, waterfront restaurants, and of course the ocean!! If you’re seeking an adrenaline rush- try parasailing, jet-skiing, or banana boating at the nearby watersport parks and rentals for a fun and unforgettable adventure! If you are looking for something unique and even more extreme, the adventure parks or off-road tours nearby are definitely worth the experience! For retail therapy, the premium outlet malls are just minutes away from our beach home. We’re located just a few miles from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also nearby is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with a pop-up fountain at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway which also has a movie theater! Surely, you will never run out of things to do while on vacation with us! Dining options in this area are endless. We recommend trying the Whales Tail for one of the freshest seafood-inspired menus in the area and mesmerizing ocean views. Pompano Joes is another local favorite. Other great eateries include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, and numerous others. We also recommend checking out Dolphin Reef if snorkeling is on your itinerary. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), you can enjoy an up close and personal view of the amazing sea life that calls the reef home. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs for your safety. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. This has been our 5th vacation in the area and by far this is the best home we’ve stayed at! I’m usually prepared to have to clean the home after checking into home but this house was spotless and extremely clean! All of us were impressed! Also the house had everything we needed! A beach wagon, grill, even a ice maker so we never had to run out and get ice! Also the host were super quick to respond to any questions I had! We had a great stay at this property. Check in was super easy. Property manager was attentive and quick with communication. The house itself was clean and well prepared upon our arrival. The kitchen is well stocked. I will mention that there is an ice maker in the pantry. We did not find that until we were packing up to leave. It would have been so helpful throughout the week. Also, fyi for coffee drinkers...in the property photos it shows a Keurig machine. There is also a regular drip coffee pot. The condo itself is located right by the pool. It was absolutely perfect for our kiddos. The walk to the beach is quick. There are no sidewalks so be prepared to watch for cars as you walk. The road itself is not super busy, but, there were definitely cars that we had to make sure saw our little ones as we were walking to and from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to the property if we are at Miramar Beach again. ##### Erin B. Quiet family location with all the bells and whistles. I will be making this our new home away from home.
