Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood on Ravens Golf Course, just minutes from the Beach and world-class golf courses, shops, and restaurants. \*Two 6-seater golf carts that make traveling around Sandestin easy and enjoyable \*The living room features generous seating around our large Smart TV \*The dinner table comfortably seats 8, and the adjacent breakfast bar has 4 additional seats; everyone can enjoy a meal together \*The kitchen is equipped with updated stainless appliances, and all necessary cookware and dinnerware \*There are 4 bedrooms within this home, with two additional private sleeping rooms off two of the guest bedrooms. \*This distinguished neighborhood on the bay side of the beautiful Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort showcases its unique architecture \*Laurel Grove features its clubhouse with an activities lawn, swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness facilities \*Several ponds within the community offer opportunities for leisurely fishing. \*Minimum age to rent is 25 Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or on our Golf Cart, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin! Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit per cart, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received prior to your arrival. Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation. It was actually much smaller than the pictures show, especially the bedrooms. The house was a little dark and dated, but that did not impact anything. The beds were not very comfortable, but having two golf carts was a game-changer! We loved it! Additionally, the back deck was a great place to be, both fun and relaxing. A beautiful view! The home is in walking distance of a pool and is on a quiet street. The golf carts were a big bonus and a hit with the kids. Sandestin is beautiful and this home didn’t disappoint. I personally enjoyed all check in and correspondence being done thru an app-we just drove straight to the property and walked right in. ##### Hollie D.
