Had to sleep on couches until fixed 4 days later. Second level not as bad but the 2 bedrooms were very uncomfortable had to use their box fans that were there never a good sign. 2\. Floors dirty and urine and sand in toilets when arrived3\. The dishwasher was broken .…. microwave drawer broke4\. 2 ceiling fans broke 5\. Toilets clog easy6\. Tv shatter in bunk bed…dresser drawers broken7\. Grill blew up and almost hurt my son because it wasn’t cleaned. It was full of grease this could have been a very bad situation 8\. Listing on website was falsely advertised. It was listed as all kings and 2 king bunk rooms but it’s actually 3 bunk bed rooms and a queen bed while the rest being kings The house itself was beautiful and a great location but the maintenance was poorly managed. We will never stay at this location again. Having a maintenance man there every day was ridiculous. I hope they address all these issues so the next guests can enjoy their vacation maintenance free! ##### JoEllen Z. There were so many living areas that we didn’t even get to them all. We had some minor issues that popped up but were responded to in a timely manner. There is no private beach access as one of the descriptions implied but the golf cart made it fairly easy to get our things to the beach just down the road. ##### Paul H.
