"Annette is awesome, the property is a great location and right in town. You can walk to anywhere in kernville so easily. The riverfront area is private and just for guests and they keep people out that dont stay there. They are great hosts and a great spot."

It's right next door to the local Brewery which had an event I attended. But, as in the past, the air conditioning didn't work properly. ..."

"There were roaches in the room, windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time and screens were popping out. Outlets were blocked/not working, and the room and property in general were neglected. We understood the owner is trying to make improvements, however, and we certainly with them luck."
