Mineral Bluff sets the stage only 12 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, easy travel with all paved roads ahead and centrally located between Ellijay and McCaysville. Close to Aska Adventure area which makes it easy to discover all the natural beauty of this area. Our cabin is the spot for your next great romance. Thank you for looking, we hope to welcome you soon. The space The mountain views are spectacular from every level with several ridges to the Cohutta Mountain range. The kitchen is well appointed and ready for your feast. A rustic atmosphere but comforts never cease. What’s provided on site for your stay: Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 2-hand towels, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, hangers, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, Roku TV, high speed internet, propane gas grill and a charcoal grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, liquid hand soap dispenser in each bath and kitchen, liquid shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower, dishwasher detergent, dish washing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Our cabin also includes more than the basic list of inventory items for the kitchen. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments. I also want to let you know that we tend to have lady bugs/ Asian lady beetles visit our cabin. We take a number of steps to minimize impacts and thoroughly clean before your arrival, however this is an unpredictable part of nature in this area and you may find a few who work their way into the cabin. They are harmless and there is a vacuum or broom available if needed, we apologize in advance should this occur. Guest access: You will have access to the entire cabin except the owners closet. The roads to Spruce Circle are paved all the way to the Cabin. The reason why this home has spectacular views is because it has an elevation of 2300+ feet. To get to that height will mean there are some steep inclines, all car types can easily access the property (4x4 is not necessary). Keys: Our Cabin is a smart house! We use remote management software to control access to the home. A push button combination for the door will be supplied to you prior to your arrival for use during your stay. Your assigned combination will not work prior to check-in time and expires after checkout time. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions that made getting settled a breeze.The cabin itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated — a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. We especially loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and living area with the stone fireplace. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after long hikes. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals, and the dining area was ideal for family dinners.The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, and the linens felt fresh and luxurious. We all slept great! The outdoor spaces were a highlight — morning coffee on the porch with a view of the mountains was unforgettable, and the fire pit area made for fun evenings roasting marshmallows under the stars. We all had a blast playing games in converted garage space and it was still warm down there too!Our host was responsive, thoughtful, and made sure to check in on us when the weather was looking like it might take a turn for a nasty ice storm. We truly appreciated the extra touches that made is feel even more homey like blankets, pillow, mattress toppers and quality toiletries.Overall, this cabin exceeded our expectations. Séjour de 3 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Elizabeth N. 16 déc. 2025 Points forts : Propreté Excellent host, lovely property, smart house, new appliances, easy to access - only a few steps into main level of house, firepit/game room accessible without steps via car, handshower in main bathroom, paved road/AWD not necessary, 20 min. to downtown Blue Ridge, gorgeous views (including from hot tub), huge covered porches with swings and rocking chairs, main surfaces clean, basement (unfinished) game room is fun with option to open garage door in good weather. Will stay again!!We found a few minor cons but guests can prepare for them: bring your own pots/cookware/sharp knives, pilot light of fireplace was out on arrival (we had no issues relighting but others might), bring allergy meds due to excessive dust, bath towels getting threadbare. ##### Elizabeth N. Felt so inviting, fresh, clean aand no guessing games on where things were or how to use things in home.. Hot tub fresh and clean, everything was spotless. Enough linens, comfy king bed. The cabin can sleep 6, but it was just the 2 of us.fireplace inside was added ambience ii the morning with coffee. The outside screened porch is where we spent 90% of our time. The cabin sits just over 2000 ft in elevation and has a great sunset and mountain range view. We enjoyed stargazing, playing games downstairs, having a fire in the fire pit, and of course the hot tub. We never left the cabin! (P.S. Beautifully decked out, with a large screened in porch overlooking the mountains, with spa, game room, fireplace, and views from multiple levels. Large, well decorated and stocked rooms made the stay very comfortable.The road leading to the house has a serious incline, which leads you to a very private and relaxing home away from home.We had one issue upon arrival: there was no hot water. Janice was right on it: she sent a repair man immediately. For some reason, the on-demand unit was simply off. It was no fault of the owners, and as I said, they addressed it immediately.In the future, if this happens again, the unit simply needs to be turned on and it functions excellently.Beautifully built and decorated, with many features and activities, spectacular views, and an excellent host, I would highly recommend Sky Blue View! ##### Paul C. Everything was clean and fully stocked with essentials, which made settling in easy and stress-free. The hosts provided helpful local tips and guides that added to the experience. Communication was excellent throughout our stay—even when a brief power outage occurred, they promptly helped contact the power company and kept us updated. Definitely watch the parking video. One note though--I was emailed a long packet of contractual information--it was quite dense, quite legal-sounding, and though it was reasonable and any host is entitled to enforce their own posted rules of VRBO, the fact that it was sent outside of the VRBO platform, in addition to how contractual the language felt, left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. It took away the "bed and breakfast" community vibe, and made it feel exclusively transactional. I get that this is ultimately a transaction, but VRBO guests typically don't want to feel that way. That's why we choose VRBOs over hotels. ##### Lindsay H. He wanted a quiet place with a good view and this place really delivered. The sunsets and sunrises from the porches were beautiful. It was secluded enough to be peaceful and not see neighbors directly from the house (or hear anyone else), which was exactly what we wanted. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the game room downstairs was a lot of fun. The kitchen was also well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, which was very helpful.
