The property was beautiful, well maintained and the rooms were excellent. Comfortable beds and pillows. Due to plumbing issues the water park was out of service. That would be my only complaint.

It was a comfortable stay, friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are clean, well-maintained and the beds were comfortable, and the overall environment is quiet enough for a restful night. There is a water park (paid) and a swimming pool as well. The staff are courteous and helpful, adding to the hotel’s pleasant atmosphere.

The staff was really polite, the room was clean but it smelled of weed so badly. Everytime you stepped outside of your room it was an instant headache. Everything else was good.

Had a wonderful stay! Staff was very helpful and attentive. Plenty of parking, and great food from the restaurant. Not far from the MKE airport and was very close to the venue in Oconomowoc I attended for an event. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was okay, I personally wouldn't stay here again. They do have a pool, a gym, and a nice waterpark for kids. I feel like this hotel would be great for weddings or business trips. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not included, no microwave in the room. Waterpark is not included. Hotel room not maintained to the best standard. We also found the bed & pillows uncomfortable.

When going back to this area, I definitely will be using this hotel. Easy access to other amenities also. It was clean, well designed, great parking options and well-lit at night. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean. There was a nice outdoor courtyard outside our room. It was nice to sit there and enjoy lunch outdoors. We did take advantage of the waterpark and enjoyed the day!

Clean room and bathroom. Downtown Milwaukee was only 15 minutes drive. I love the location. The lake, restaurants, Potawatami casino was also 15 minutes away. We will stay here again to see the Cubs vs Brewers next month.

I went to a two day conference at the hotel. It was easy to find off the highway. The room was a good size for two people and was very clean. I also liked the coffee station that was available 24 hours a day. I don’t like the coffee in the room so it was nice to be able to get a full sized cup of coffee whenever I needed one. I didn’t use any of the other amenities but some of my coworkers said the pool was really nice and clean as well. I will definitely stay there again and may even visit the water park when I’m there.
