The staff here were so friendly and nice, the hotel is very clean and the room I stayed in was stocked with everything I needed. The hotel even has a shuttle and they will drive you nearby places! I had a gentleman offer to bring my car up to the front entrance so I wouldn’t have to walk in the rain on the day of my checkout. I will absolutely stay here again if I ever need a hotel in Milwaukee!

The lobby and room were both very clean. Maybe the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. Everything is a little dated but I really appreciated how clean it was. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was also limited parking so you may have to park on the street.

Stay was fine. Parking lot was full so we had to park across the street after we went out for dinner. Neighborhood wasn’t the best but we felt safe inside. Bed was comfy & AC worked fine. Towels were soft. Bed base was metal so any slight move would make a clanging noise. Breakfast bar looked good-we were meeting others for brunch so didn’t eat.

Staff were helpful. It seemed newly redecorated, but by complete armatures. There was no coffee maker, iron or ironing board as advertised. One bar of soap for shower and sink. No fresh towels at 4 days. No paper or pen, just the bare necessities. I would not stay again. And because a convention was in town I paid $170. for a room normally costing $49.

don’t let the location fool you—it’s close 10-15 min walk to FISERV etc but neighborhood is sketchy. Strong smell of cleaner covering up some funky smells greets you and doesn’t let go. hallway lights will blind you, keep your shoes on, hallways and floors are gross. shower door didn’t close, rooms are small, narrow, and dated. If you just need a place to crash after a night out, it does the job— bed was comfy, coffee/free breakfast ok Overpriced for what it is. Pay extra—stay somewhere else

The Hotel served its purpose in giving us a place to stay while we were in Milwaukee. The room was comfortable and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was not all that great. It seems as if there was only one person working on the days that we were there. The employee was definitely doing her job. She was cooking, brewing coffee, serving food and cleaning. There should have been help for her.

For a $66 a night hotel it’s surprisingly clean and perfect for what we needed sleep . Clean sheets towels etc the room was clean simple . If you complain about this place you hate your life or can’t be pleased . This was great .you even get breakfast for free also simple but it’s a hot breakfast biscuits and gravy , pastry’s ,yogurt.

We stayed here for our Summerfest trip. It was a nice stay. They offered us an upgrade to our room since there was one available. They offered a free shuttle for a 2 mile radius there and back. Which we used to get to the festival. They have there own parking lot right next to the hotel with free parking and plenty of it. Very inexpensive hotel and worth the stay.

The best thing about this hotel was the free shuttle and the amazing shuttle driver, Shawn. He made our one night there great. Hotel was dirty, sketchy neighborhood, and not a place we enjoyed staying.
