Wonderful apartment located on the 1st floor of Via Broletto 39 just renovated and furnished with attention to detail and materials used uniquely.  
  
The property, with a beautiful veranda overlooking the quiet green garden, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and consists of two bedrooms each with private bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as a living space with a large and comfortable sofa bed, a \\"hidden\\" kitchen in a masterly manner and a dining table.  
  
The entrance to the apartment is in a spacious and bright living area where we find a comfortable dining table for six people, a television, a brand new full design kitchen, and a relaxation area with a large and comfortable sofa bed in the corner. to relax.  
  
The kitchen offers all the amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven, kettle, toaster as well as everything you need to cook and eat comfortably. The gas hob, hidden from view, is placed underneath the worktop as well as the sink, oven and refrigerator are covered by mirror doors that make the kitchen, when not used, an elegant open wall.  
  
it can easily turn into a double bed.  
  
The living area is very bright thanks to the beautiful veranda overlooking a quiet and reserved internal garden. The veranda is a beautiful place to relax, bright but at the same time reserved, where we find a table for breakfast serenely surrounded by greenery and light, a small armchair to relax reading a book and a desk to write or work on the computer.  
  
At the end of the veranda, there is the entrance to the smaller room, decorated in orange tones and composed of two single beds, a comfortable armchair, two bedside tables and a luxurious private bathroom with toilet, sink and glass shower cubicle as well as a cabin attached closet.  
  
The largest room, which is accessed instead by an independent entrance with a door from the living room, has a double bed, is decorated in shades of yellow and has a spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and a large mosaic shower that can also be used as a bathtub. In the room there are also a desk and several design furnishing accessories.  
  
The \\"Gialla\\" room also has a comfortable, small and silent balcony as it overlooks an internal courtyard.  
  
At home there is also an air conditioning system and a central heating system but equipped with thermostatic valves, in order to always manage the distributed heat independently.  
  
The luxurious materials, the lights and the design furniture, some designed and made specifically by the property, enhance and give elegance to the house making it even more unique a property designed to affect anyone for finesse, brightness, comfort and luxury.  
  
At home you will always find everything you need for personal hygiene with high quality Italian products as well as towels, bathrobes and disposable slippers.  
  
At your arrival you will always find at home a bottle of excellent Italian wine, still and sparkling water as well as a wide range of essential products such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee etc ..) to cook what you want. The house is also convenient and close to butchers, bakeries, fishmongers and supermarkets. For any need, or particular purchase, we will always be at your disposal, we can, in fact, procure everything you want.

#### Great Location but poor customer care

My party arrived in Milan before 7AM. I communicated with the property about early check-in. We were provided with options for luggage storage. At noon, after storing our luggage and wandering around the city for 5 hours, we inquired about accessing the property earlier than 3pm. BNBulters is the management company for this property. We were quickly told that there was no way to access the property prior to 3pm. We lost 8 hours in Milan due to the regimented access provided by the management company.

#### Good place with minor imperfections

Our family of four (my wife, me and our two, young-adult children) stayed here for four nights at the end of May, 2025. Overall, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Location: Brera is perfect and very safe. The apartment is a short walk from grocery, shopping, great restaurants, scenic landmarks, parks and public transport. It would be tough to beat, in this respect.Cleanliness: the apt is very clean and well appointed. Comfort: the AC is a bit finicky and doesn’t always seem to keep the apartment cool, but it’s a decentralized system and requires that you control the temp for each room individually. The beds were comfortable. The showers were nice.Amenities: the apt has great amenities, including a washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the dryer continuously flashed errors that the filters needed cleaning and that the water tank needed emptying. The filters were easy to clean on my own, but because of how the dryer is installed, access to the water tank is blocked. I messaged management and they sent a technician to empty the tank, but the problem was not resolved when we tried to run a load of laundry.Finally: there’s a light smell of sewage when the guest shower is run. It dissipates over time, but the smell disincentivizes use of that shower, effectively making it a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt.

We very much enjoyed the apartment, but it took us a few hours to become comfortable with the bright style elements that appear everywhere. Everything was in good order (after a prompt repair of the doorlock!), the location was perfect for us, and we enjoyed the neighborhood’s extravagant holiday decorations.

Waliking distance from the most important tourist attractions. Great service.and communication too. The refrigerator stopped working but the response was inmediately. Had a replacement fridge very quickly

The apartment is exquisitely decorated. Really gives the fashionable feeling of Milan. Shops, restaurants, bakeries all very close. Loved the neighborhood. Never felt insecure walking around at night. Beds were comfortable. Very spacious area in living room and master bedroom There isn’t a microwave so that could be an issue for families with young children. I rented it bc it was listed as first floor but still 3 flights of steps to climb after a long day of walking. There is an elevator that will hold one person with luggage but still have to climb one flight to get to that. Ground floor is not first floor. Otherwise nice apartment. Very modern

#### Perfect location in Milan

Spacious two bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs. Located within a short walk of transportation, excellent restaurants and luxury shopping. The BnButler staff was amazing and very responsive to any questions.

#### Fantastic Location - Quiet but in the heart of the city.

The location was perfect for walking to all the sights in central Milan. Great restaurants nearby and building felt safe and secure. The apartment was very clean. The apartment was a bit tired. The couch was stained and there is a bit of a smell. I believe it is because the bathroom shower easily soaks the floor. It was difficult to get hot water in the second bedroom shower and the air conditioning turned off randomly. The kitchen is a little odd being mostly behind doors but we didn’t need to do much cooking. I would recommend this place because of the excellent location. I do hope the owner does a bit of updating.

On the date of arrival we were notified of an issue where one bathroom shower was inoperable. Upon arrival we were greeted by an intense sewer odor. We called to complain about the odor and they sent a handyman with an air fresher that only intensified the smell. We asked them for a credit in consideration that one shower was not available and we specifically choose this unit because we were two couples wanting a private bathroom each….we were ignored and informed we could use it the day after our departure. We also had issues with the air conditioner that it would turn off unexpectedly and never cooled the unit.

The property was an eccentric masterpiece in its day but needs some maintenance. The air conditioning works well.I liked the firm mattress on the bed, the location is great and it was mostly quiet at night.

#### Rummelig lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed

Der er kun få minutters gang fra denne lejlighed til domkirken, og til metroen, og der er masser af spisesteder og indkøbssteder i nærheden. Selve lejligheden er rummelig og med masser af udstyr. Der er en dobbeltseng og to enkeltsenge. Der er ikke nogen dør til værelset med de to enkeltsenge. Hvis vi skal tilbage til Milano, booker vi lejligheden igen.

#### Excellent Location!

This apartment is located in the best neighborhood close to the Duomo and historical sights and the best restaurants and shops. There is a great grocery store - Essolungo just down the street and the taxi stand is also on Via Broletto just a short ways from the apartment. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, although the furniture is worn and could use updating. Overall it was a great place for us.

large space in a great location. Lots of couch space for relaxing and a large kitchen and open space room. The location of the apartment is amazing just a short walk to interesting downtown sights and restauraunts. There are a few tricky things with the AC and shower but everything works. I would not recommend using the hide a bed in the main room because the mattress on it was very thin and saggy but the real beds (twin x 2 and queen) were fine. We loved visitng Milan it was my favorite city in Italy on our holiday and this apartment worked well for us

I had high hopes for this property. It was not cleaned when we arrived which does happen. It is in a great location on a busy street and close to may places to visit. What we found troubling is there was no time spent describing how the apartment works and I repeatedly asked for assistance with the air conditioning system. I received no help from anyone other than they repeated that it works. The air conditioning system only cooled one room and they did not attempt to come to the apartment to fix the problem when it was 35\* C.. that is not a good management company..

#### Excellent apartment and location

This is stylish modern apartment in a very central location. It is in very close proximity to many of the main tourist attractions and to the shopping areas. It is spacious and very well equipped with everything we required. Our greeting and introduction to the apartment was very welcoming and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would not hesitate to use this again.
