The building was great and it was excellent it was within walking distance to the Dateo metro stop. Being street side the apartment was a bit noisy. An additional fan would’ve been welcome. The apartment was in excellent condition and very nice.

I would not rent this apartment again.

This was a horrible experience. We were given check in instructions 5 minutes before check in time. We called when we arrived at building and they said we had to pay tourist tax via email before we could get the rest of the check in instructions. After we paid we could not figure out how to access the key and get into apartment. Every time we called we got another representative who kept trying to tell us to check our email. Finally after talking to 5 different people, a gentleman explained there was two different buildings that have the same address that are very close to each other. That would have been nice to know after we climbed 4 flights of stairs with kids and 6 bags of luggage. When we arrived at the correct apartment it was scorching hot and the refrigerator was not working. We tried to open windows to cool off but it didn’t work. The WiFi only worked while you were in the kitchen and the toilet seat was broken. There was also hair on bed sheets and sink. When we contacted property manager they offered another option on the other side of town and wanted us to pay $65 more. We ended up leaving the property 30 minutes later and got a hotel in the area. Someone from customer service finally emailed back after I sent pictures and videos. They said someone would be in contact with us but no one ever contacted us either by email or phone. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had in all our years of traveling as a family.

Appartement très propre, très agréable dans l’ensemble. Plutôt bien situé pour accéder au centre-ville et à la gare avec les transports. Il manquerait juste une cafetière expresso dans la cuisine et des produits (gel douche / champoing) autre que dés échantillons.

米蘭超值住宿公寓

新裝修的房子住起來乾淨舒適寬敞，唯獨需留意要間隔洗澡，不然會沒熱水使用。米蘭的市區火車就在樓下，懂得轉乘地鐵的話算方便，公車、電車附近都有，走路1分鐘就有超市很方便。另外住宿鑰匙有指示必須先去米蘭中央火車站italianway辦公室拿，再去住宿公寓，有多件行李的要規劃一下。
