CIR CODE: 015146-LNI-04370<br><br>A bright apartment of approximately 60 square meters, located on the sixth floor (with an elevator) of a modern building on the elegant Via Washington. <br><br>The apartment consists of a master bedroom, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with a window and shower, and a balcony overlooking the city.<br><br><br><br>THE SPACE<br><br>The master bedroom is very bright thanks to the large window.<br><br>Inside, you’ll also find a spacious mirrored closet, a feature that makes the room feel even more spacious.<br><br>In the living area, which is also very bright, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher—a comfortable dining table for 4 people, a sofa, and a flat-screen TV.<br><br>From here, you can also access a small balcony overlooking the shared courtyard.<br><br>The bathroom has a window and a shower.<br><br>An apartment designed to make your stay in Milan as pleasant and comfortable as possible.<br><br><br><br>Three days before your arrival, you’ll receive a link to register your documents (required by law). <br><br>As soon as registration is complete, you’ll receive a second link—complete with a video and instructions—to gain access to the apartment entirely on your own via self-check-in. <br><br>We recommend that you watch the video before arriving at the property.<br><br>A request must always be submitted for stays longer than 30 days. If your request is approved, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number.<br><br>We can also arrange in-person check-ins, provided arrangements are made at least one day in advance. <br><br>In-person check-ins cost 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m. Self-check-ins, including late check-ins, are always free.<br><br>During your stay, we’ll always be available to assist you with any requests, recommendations, or information about your stay in Milan.<br><br>Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, if you’re checking in person, you’ll need to make arrangements regarding the time.
