Spacious apartment of about 75 sq. mt. with a bedroom, kitchen, and living room that was completely renovated. It is located inside a historic Art Nouveau building dating back to the early 1900s with sculptural motifs that adorn the facade. The apartment is ideal for both business trips and short holidays due to its location in an area full of services and since it is well connected to the city center.  
  
The apartment is well served by public transport:  
\- Metro Lima (red line), which in 4 stops leads to the Duomo and is a direct line to reach the Fiera di Rho.  
\- Metro Porta Venezia (red line)  
\- Metro Loreto (green and red lines)  
\- Bus 60 that takes you to the Central Station or Piazza San Babila  
\- Bus 81 to Central Station or direction Lambrate  
\- Bus 92 (Internal circular)

The area of Piazzale Bacone and Via Morgagni is a nice context of valuable buildings in Art Nouveau style from the early '900.  
The area is rich in restaurants and bars, while Corso Buenos Aires, the famous shopping street, is about 100 meters away, thus easily reachable. A short distance from the apartment there are Montanelli Park and the Gardens of Porta Venezia - the biggest green area in the city centre - including the renovated Museum of Natural History, the Planetarium and a large jogging-area and children playground.  
In less than 15 minutes on foot, along Via Scarlatti, you can get to the Central Station.  
The Polytechnic of Milan is one kilometre away.  
Cycling fans can enjoy the bike paths under in the neighbourhood to ride safely up to the area of Porta Nuova, home of the famous Unicredit skyscrapers and Bosco Verticale (the “Vertical Forest”), and from the centre to the Sforza Castle.

This beautiful apartment of approximately 75 sq. mt. is located on the 4th floor with elevator and is bright, quiet, and has been totally renovated and restyled.  
The apartment opens onto an entrance with a two-door wardrobe and next to which is the bathroom with shower. The entrance area leads to a corridor from which the other areas of the apartment can be accessed:  
\- The fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher as well as a table for 4 guests.  
\- The living area furnished with a sofa bed double (199 cm x 144 cm), 2 bookcases, and a TV area.  
\- The master bedroom with a very large wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, and second TV  
The apartment also features original paintings by Titia.  
The flooring is stoneware.
