Located on the second floor of a residential complex, it features three rooms and provides a comfortable stay close to golf courses, beaches, and restaurants.  
  
The Space:  
  
The apartment is located in Riviera del Sol, Mijas, a quiet and well-known residential area on the Costa del Sol, popular for its golf courses, proximity to the beach, and easy access to Marbella and Fuengirola. It is an ideal location for guests looking to relax while still being close to restaurants, shops, and leisure activities.  
  
The property is non-smoking and fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. It features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and tableware, as well as major appliances including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making it perfect for both short and long stays.  
  
The apartment has:  
  
\-Two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and another with two single beds.  
  
\-Comfortable sofas in the living area.

The beach is just a few minutes away by car, where guests can enjoy beach bars (chiringuitos), water sports, and long seaside walks. Riviera del Sol is also well-connected, with easy access to Fuengirola, La Cala de Mijas, Marbella, and Málaga Airport.
