Quiet and relaxing area, the beautiful large terrace of more than 35 m2, facing south, offers you a breathtaking sea view which you can enjoy with its very comfortable garden furniture and 2 deckchairs as well as its dining area . The urbanization offers you beautiful gardens, a large swimming pool, as well as for lovers of the favorite sport of the French, a petanque track is at your disposal! For families, children's games are also available free of charge. We cannot be held responsible in the event of closure of swimming pools by decision of the community or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought. Everything went great from booking until we left. Servane our host had kept in touch with us through WhatsApp, she met us at apartment with the keys at an arrange time. The apartment had everything that we need for our stay. Location was 5 minutes walk to beach and 10 minutes to nearest bars/resturants and a couple of shops. We didn’t have a car but bus stop was near the beach for us to go into Feungirola and La Cala and was only 30 minutes walk each way. We would use again as selling point was the massive sun terrace. Kitchen was fine for our needs. Pool was a nice size and there were usually beds available.Cons The apartment block itself needs a bit of love,dated staircases and walkways need a few repairs. It’s a shame there is no on site bar (seemed like it had been unopened for sometime) The en-suite bathroom is very small especially the shower with curtain ##### Matthew S. Fantastic terrace which we made good use of. Nice little pool with the added bonus of sun beds outside the pool area. I think the only down side was the lack of air conditioning in the second bedroom, although the room had a fan it was still very hot as the water tank is also in the same room.
