Visitors can enjoy the proximity of Chartres and its magnificent stained glass cathedral, while the charms of the Eure Valley, with its picturesque little villages, are within reach.  
Moderate distances from major cities such as Paris, accessible in 1 hour by train, make this location perfect for city breaks. This house, with an area of 80 m² on one level, offers all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay, whether for work, relaxation or with family.
